In spring 2023, members of the association were back in Gulu to welcome the new trainees.

 

Unfortunately, only four young people could be accepted for the training period from January to December 2023. In addition, there is one young person who is repeating his training year because he was unable to take the state examination in 2022 due to illness.  

 

A large blackboard was installed in the workshop hall on request and was inaugurated immediately.

 

 

Basic services

We were able to secure food supplies for a few months thanks to donations.

 

However, the support measures provided in 2022 have completely depleted our private financial reserves, so we have decided to found the association ‘Moyo Afrika – Werkstatt fürs Leben e.V.’ (Moyo Africa – Workshop for Life e.V.). Through membership fees and donations, we can continue to reliably support the trainees in the workshop in Gulu, Uganda.
